Winners Circle Equine Rescue Foundation was born from the belief that every horse deserves a finish line that looks like a lush pasture and a forever home. We saw a need for a different kind of “Winners Circle”—not one defined by finish lines or blue ribbons, but by the safety, comfort, and second chances offered to horses in need of a refuge.

This mission is a personal one for our founders, William and LeBrina Jackson. Having grown up around horses, their passion grew into a lifelong commitment as they built a life surrounded by twenty of their own. But as their herd grew, so did their vision. They realized their purpose was to take the love and expertise they’ve cultivated and extend it to horses that have been forgotten or misplaced.

We aren’t just a rescue; we are a sanctuary. By providing a lifelong haven for these animals, we aren’t just saving lives—we are building a community rooted in compassion, resilience, and the enduring bond between horse and human.
