A New Finish Line for Every Horse.
Winners Circle Equine Rescue Foundation was born from the belief that every horse deserves a finish line that looks like a lush pasture and a forever home. Founded by William and LeBrina Jackson, our nonprofit is the evolution of a lifelong passion. Having raised a personal herd of twenty horses, they saw the need for a different kind of “Winners Circle”—one defined not by competition, but by safety and second chances.
We are a dedicated sanctuary providing lifelong care for horses that have been forgotten or misplaced, ensuring their greatest victory is the peace they find when they realize they are finally home.
